Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for two dynamic programs that will keep you fit, active, and relaxed! Certified instructor, Amy Skaggs, leads two different classes with good humor and expertise. Both programs are adaptable to all experience levels!
On Tuesdays, we offer Pilates in the Galleries from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm for only $5 per person. Get here early to reserve your spot, though! Space is limited. This program will make you sweat, so bring a towel and cushioned mat (yoga or pilates). Pilates is a type of workout that focuses on toning your core, arms, and legs. We hope you’ll join us!
On Thursdays, we offer Yoga in the Galleries from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm for only $5 per person. Bring a yoga mat with you (blocks and straps are optional). This Yoga class taught by certified instructor, Amy Skaggs, focuses on breathing, stretching, and balance. All experience levels are welcome to this dynamic and relaxing class.
