A little about Charles Killebrew

Charles “Charlie” Killebrew was born in Edgecombe County and spent most of his life photographing the local area and region for the Telegram. He also owned a studio in Downtown Rocky Mount and was an aerial photographer. Killebrew is still widely remembered in Rocky Mount and it has been a joy learning more about him while this photography exhibition is on exhibit.
