The Rocky Mount Arts Center is home to several non-profit educational organizations focusing on various arts and crafts. These organizations function as guilds, offering monthly meetings and educational programming for the public and special workshops and opportunities for members. All Guilds meet in the Arts Education Building at the Imperial Center for Arts and Sciences unless otherwise noted. This group is dedicated to the art of basket making. Teaching is accomplished through shared experience and knowledge.

Battleboro Community Center
Established in 2000, TRPQG promotes the love of quilts and quilt making. This group has a passion for fabric, design, and art which they share with the community through donations to various charitable organizations.

TRPQG is a member of the North Carolina Quilters.
EGA provides the opportunity to meet with other stitchers, attend regular scheduled meetings with programs and social activities, receive local newsletter, and participate in region activities. Chapters offer workshops, sponsor exhibits, and hold stitch-ins.
