Science Camps

Adventures in STEM w/ LEGO®

July 8-12, 9am-12pm
Let your imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Build engineer-designed projects such as: Trains, Helicopters, Treehouses, and Beam Bridges. Design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment. There are no prerequisites for this course. Registration and payment must be made by July 1.
Ages 5-6

STEM Explorations w/ LEGO®

July 8-12 , 1pm-4pm
Level up your engineering skills with Play-Well TEKnologies and tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Apply real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture through engineer-designed projects such as: Gear Cars, Gondolas, Merry-Go-Rounds, and Scissor Lifts. Design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas in a supportive environment. There are no prerequisites for this course.  Registration and payment must be made by July 1.

Intro to Art

Monday, June 17-21, 9am -12pm
Experiment with art! This intensive week-long camp introduces all participants to different mediums including, drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and more! All materials provided; no experience necessary. Age 4-8. Register by June 12.

Intro to Art

Monday-Friday, June 17-21, 1-5pm

This fun, culturally enriching, recreational introduction to dance is for active, creative, beginning level students. Perfect for those who love to move and want to build a foundational knowledge of dance through ballet, modern, jazz, and hip-hop. No experience necessary. Age 5-11. Register by June 22.

Draw and paint the summer away! Discover the art of drawing and painting using traditional and non-traditional tools during our 2-week camp. Focus on both landscape and portraits through building a foundation in observation, composition, perspective, and color mixing. All materials provided; no experience necessary. Age 6-11. Register by July 10.

Experiment with the basics of printing through a hands-on exploration of process, tools, and color. Learn about monoprint and linocut techniques. Leave this week -long camp with multiple pieces of artwork, a carved plate, and knowledge of how to print at home. All materials provided; no experience necessary. Age 4-7. Register by July 18.

Explore clay, handbuilding, and wheel throwing with us this summer! This two-week camp introduces all participants to clay, construction, and design. Create objects, experiment with texture, color, and glazing techniques. All materials included; no experience necessary. Age 5-11. Register by July 24.
