Jedi Engineering With LEGOs®

The Force Awakens in this introductory engineering course for young Jedi! Explore engineering principles by designing and building projects using LEGO® materials such as X-Wings, R2 Units, Energy Catapults, Defense Turrets, and Settlements from a galaxy far, far away. Create motorized and architectural projects with imagination and engineering to defeat the Empire!
Ages: 5-6
Days, Dates and Times: Monday-Friday, July 9-13, 9:00am-12:00pm
Fee: $115 per participant, registration and payment must be made by 5pm June 30th

Jedi Master Engineering With LEGOs®

The Force Awakens in this advanced engineering course for young Jedi! Discover key engineering concepts such as gear trains, worm drives, pneumatics, and eccentric motion. Build projects using LEGO® materials such as X-Wings, AT-AT walkers, Pod Racers, Star Destroyers, Cloud Cities, Settlements, Fortresses, and other complex machines and structures from a galaxy far, far away.
Ages: 7-12
Days, Dates and Times: Monday-Friday, July 9-13, 1:00pm-4:00pm
Fee: $115 per participant, registration and payment must be made by 5pm June 30th

Intro to Art (age 4–7)

Experiment with art! This intensive week-long session introduces all participants to different mediums including, drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and more! All materials provided; no experience necessary. Age 4-7.

Week 2: JULY 16–20

Comic Illustration (age 12–18)

Be a comic book artist! Learn the art of illustration and storytelling through designing your own comics. Experiment with brush and ink, 2-dimensional animation, and character development. All materials provided or bring your own tools and sketchbook; no experience necessary. Age 12-18.

Painting (4–7 ages)

Paint the summer away! Discover the art of painting using traditional and non-traditional tools. Focus on both landscape and portraits through building a foundation in composition, perspective, and color mixing. All materials provided; no experience necessary. Age 4-7.

Continue learning about illustration and design! This camp week is dedicated to applying color to 2-dimensional illustration and experimenting with brush and ink. All materials provided or bring your own tools and sketchbook; no experience necessary. Age 12-18.
